See the FAQ sestion for info on the

Vision:
To prevent the waste of huge potential in the coming generation by providing education with purpose for young women; to help girls achieve their highest, God-given potential, making them better individuals, family members and citizens (Leaders of the Association of Evangelical Baptist Churches of Ivory Coast, personal communication, June, 2002).
Mission:
To provide quality education to young women who otherwise will not have a chance to continue their education beyond 10th grade. (Previous personal communication with a large number of stakeholders in Ivory Coast, 2000-2002)
To provide an education for young women who have never had a chance to go to school. (video and written communication from Ivory Coast, 2004) |

Core Values:
Women have value as individuals and as contributing community members. The education of women is a key to sustainable development, because "If you teach a man to read, he will thank you, but if you teach a women to read you have taught a whole generation" (source unknown). Literacy is also a key to development at every level, adding a dimension to one’s ability to continue learning that illiterate individuals do not possess. So literacy will constitute a large portion of the curriculum. We also hold to be true that direction and purpose in life are basic tenets universally sought after in life and that they are most wholly fulfilled in a relationship with the creator God. Therefore, we will focus a great deal of attention on helping the young women discover their purpose in life in their relationship to God (video communication from Ivory Coast, 2004).
